The expert consulting services provided by VR Legal Resources assisted the Orange County District Attorney’s Prosecution Team in obtaining a conviction in the criminal case of People v. Haidl, Nachreiner, and Spann.
VR Legal Resources remained available throughout the whole legal process. The equipment provided to authenticate the videotape in question was top-of-the-line and used successfully to educate the jury during trial. Mr. Hagen’s expert testimony was superb as well, demonstrating his outstanding knowledge of the subject matter. I would not hesitate in consulting with VR Legal Resources and Mr. Hagen in any case where an expert is needed in the area of audio/video technology. (edited for spacing)

The article also references “Are You Putting The Jury To Sleep?” from Chuck’s Trial Presentation Blog. In both, Chuck emphasizes the importance of moving beyond the basics of PowerPoint in order to hold jurors’ interest.
